Terms and Conditions mposports — Complete Platform User Guide

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and mposports ("Platform", "We"). This document governs the use of all services provided by mposports including but not limited to sports betting, Live Casino, slot games, fish shooting games and all related services.

By accessing the mposports website, downloading the mposports app, or creating an account, you explicitly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines .

2 Registration Eligibility

To register and use the mposports platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years of age or older on the date of registration.
• Not a player who has previously been banned or self-excluded from the mposports platform.
• Not a director or employee of mposports, a partner service provider, or an immediate family member of any of the above.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• Not subject to any legal prohibition preventing participation in betting activities.

Only one account is permitted per individual, residential address, IP address, device, phone number and payment method. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms.

3 User Account

Each player is fully responsible for their mposports account. This includes:

• Ensure all registration information is accurate, complete and up to date.
• Keep your username and password confidential — do not share them with anyone.
• Report to the mposports support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Complete the identity verification (KYC) process when requested — including submitting valid identification documents.

Mposports uses 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your account. However, we are not responsible for any losses resulting from a player's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM 10. Players will be notified by email before any deduction is made.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Mposports supports a variety of secure payment methods for the convenience of players in Malaysia:

Withdrawals may only be made to an account in the same name as the mposports account. mposports reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the KYC process is complete to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) policy.

5 Bonus & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by mposports are subject to the following terms, which must be understood before accepting any offer:

• Rollover requirements must be met before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn. The rollover value is clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
• Only one active bonus allowed at one time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash.
• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts or arbitrage techniques — will result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
• Mposports reserves the right to cancel bonuses without notice if there are signs of fraud or violations of terms.
• Bonus expiry dates will be stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be recovered.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the mposports platform are subject to the following rules:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the player except in specific situations such as event cancellation by the organizer.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active wager, mposports reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the staked amount.
• Odds for sports betting are fixed at the time the bet is placed. mposports is not responsible for any odds changes after a bet has been confirmed.
• Outcomes of casino and other game bets based on certified RNG are final.
• Minimum and maximum wagers for each game are stated in the respective game interface.

In the event of a disputed outcome, mposports system records shall be considered the definitive reference. Players are advised to keep records of their wagers for personal reference.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mposports platform and may result in immediate action, including account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Registering or using more than one account.
• Providing false or misleading personal identification information.
• Using automated software, bots or any program to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to exploit system vulnerabilities or promotions.
• Engaging in any activity that may be classified as money laundering.
• Hacking, disrupting or attempting to access unauthorized sections of the platform.
• Spreading offensive, threatening or inappropriate content through any mposports communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the mposports platform — including but not limited to brand names, logos, graphic designs, text, images, software code and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of mposports or parties that have licensed it to us.

Players are not permitted to:

• Copying, distributing or reusing any platform content without written authorization.
• Creating derivative works based on mposports platform content.
• Using the mposports brand name or logo for commercial purposes without authorization.

9 Liability Limits

Mposports will not be liable for any losses arising from the following situations:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance.
• Betting losses incurred fairly through legitimate gameplay.
• Unauthorized access to a player's account resulting from the player's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Losses arising from game outcomes determined by a certified RNG.
• Delays or issues in payment processing caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.

The total liability of mposports to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Account Closure

Mposports reserves the right to close or suspend any player's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms stated in this document.
• Fraud or suspicious activity detected by our monitoring system.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Player self-exclusion request through the responsible gaming program.

Players may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the mposports support team. Valid balances will be returned upon completion of investigation and KYC process, within 7 business days.

11 Terms Amendment

Mposports reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect after notice is given to players via:

• In-platform or mposports app notifications.
• Email to the player's registered address.
• Updates to this Terms and Conditions page with a new revision date.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you must stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
